Assignments are used to manually or automatically enrol users to one or more courses. A list of uses will be generated from the resulting matches from the selected filter.

Assignments can only be created by any user with administrator role. When running an assignment, all users that match the selected filter will be automatically enrolled on the courses linked to the selected training programme. If a matched user is already enrolled on a particular course outlined in the training programme the assignment will skip that user.

When running assignments you can select from a number of options to define the type of enrolment required.
