Requirements

To view the progress of the nurse/midwife’s revalidation requirements, click on Connections from your homepage and then their nameThe Revalidation card represents each of the requirements with a progress bar that turns green once it is metPractice related feedback and reflective accounts will have been submitted by the nurse/midwife for your review in preparation for the confirmation discussion. To view the details of these requirements click on the number on the side of the bar.

Confirmation form

Once the nurse/midwife has submitted their confirmation form this can be viewed in the same way as above, or from the Tasks card on your homepage

The form will then need to be completed and submitted as confirmation that the revalidation requirements have been met. When you are ready click on Submit
