A PDP (personal development plan) is a tool to encourage and demonstrate reflective practice in the workplace as well as help you understand how you can improve your performance and develop new skills. During the appraisal period, you should update your PDP by suggesting development needs. Your current PDP will be discussed during your appraisal meeting.
A PDP for your current appraisal period will be created automatically when you first log into the system or following the completion a previous PDP.
