In order to complete an appraisal the appraisee must submit their appraisal input form.

Viewing your appraisal forms

From the appraisal menu select forms to view all your appraisal forms.

Editing an input form

You can save your changes by clicking the 'SAVE' button.

Submitting an input form

Prior to submitting the input form to the appraiser, the appraisee must have completed the following steps:

1. Designated an appraser.
2. Booked a meeting date.
3. All your activities awaiting reflection must be reflected on.

Once the above steps have been completed you will see a 'SUBMIT' button on the form.
