In order to complete an appraisal the appraisee must have a designated appraiser. In most cases (dependant on system configuration) the appraisee will be able to designate their own appraiser. Only active users who have the role of 'appraiser' will be included in the list of available appraisers on the system.
From the appraisal menu select relationships to view your current settings. Choose your appraiser from the list of names and then click 'UPDATE" to save the settings.
You can change your appraiser at anytime before your appraisal form has been submitted by following the process described in 'Selecting your appraiser'.
You may also have the option of designating a secondary appraiser. Only active users who have the role of 'secondary appraiser' will be included in the list of available secondary appraisers in the system. To designate a secondary appraiser you will need to tick the check box and then choose your secondary appraiser from the list of names. Click 'UPDATE' to save the settings.
NOTE: This option will only be available if one or more secondary appraisers are present in the system.
The appraisee's designated appraiser will appear on the appraisal form. If you need to change the appraiser then you can (provided the form has not been submitted) by following the process described in 'Selecting your appraiser'.
